About us
Trusted neighbours, not a platform
We settled in the Var in 2019 and fell in love with the region and its people. Christophe, a born handyman, managed commercial premises in Mexico. Alicia, originally from Mexico and a former estate agent, welcomes guests in three languages.
As holiday rental owners ourselves, we look after every property as if it were our own. Living abroad? We are your eyes and hands on site.

Based in Le Luc, in the heart of the Var, we work throughout the département: Le Thoronet, Les Arcs-sur-Argens, La Motte, Lorgues, Draguignan, Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Tropez, Fréjus, Saint-Raphaël, Hyères, Toulon and surrounding villages.

I live abroad. Can you manage everything for me?
Yes. We handle guests, cleaning, laundry, maintenance and emergencies on site, and send you a monthly report. We communicate with you in English, French or Spanish.
Which platforms do you list on?
Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo/Abritel. Prices and calendar are adjusted to the season and local events.
Can you look after my home if I don’t rent it out?
Yes, with our second home watch and maintenance services.
